DOS started getting its feet wet in the industry during the last months of 2011 and was formally established and registered in SEC on year 2012. The Company was founded by two engineers who were already in the business of importation and technical services. DOS started solely as an industrial laundry service provider, but soon after starting, the Company diversified its services into supply of spare parts and equipment as well as technical services for the hospitality industry.
DOS is now known for its superb technical service, accurate troubleshooting, as well as its capability to supply spare parts in the quickest possible time. This trait is only possible because of DOS’ experience in importation and its solid engineering background. This niche in the industry is what DOS intends to keep, that’s why a great pie of their resources is allocated to maintain and further expound on their technical capability. This will naturally resonate on clients satisfaction especially after purchasing an equipment.
Today, DOS is a major supplier for the biggest hotels, resorts and casinos in and outside the Metro. The people behind DOS are growing in numbers, flourishing as individuals, and of course as a team.
