BREEZE

Compact Ironers

BREEZE dryer ironer offers a 13" (330 mm) diameter heated roll with an atmospheric (natural) burner instead of the full power burner system found on Mid Range drying ironers. Breeze features a full 120" roll length in a new space-saving design. AC frequency variable speed drive with jog reverse is also standard.

The Breeze dryer ironer is designed for users with full-length drying and finishing requirements (sheets, pillowcases, tabletops, or napkins) but whose quantity (poundage per hour) needs are substantially less than the higher production capacity of the regular Laser 13 ironer with full power burner system.

FOLDING

AIR CHICAGO ELITE

The newest generation of Chicago’s exclusive Air Induced Response French folder series. It brings increased speed and production enhancements to its proven dependable and precise air pulse folding system—no mechanical switches, metal slides, or punch blades. From towels and blankets to hospital gowns and pillowcases, Air Chicago Elite meets the folding needs of any laundry processing a wide variety of items of all sizes and types.

AIR CHICAGO

Laundry folding technology is also available in two extended lengths, XL and XXL. These larger machines accommodate bath blankets and thermal blankets up to 96" (2200 mm) or 108" (2700 mm) long, with the flexibility to accurately a variety of laundry items such as towels, gowns, and pads.

All Air Chicago machines are also available in Extra Wide (XW) models to accommodate items up to 44” (1050mm) wide [Min width: 18" (450mm)].

VERSA

Versa is the ultimate solution for folding and stacking garments in Hospitality, Healthcare, and Workwear industries. With its extensive range of over 1,000 folding programs and the ability to sort up to four categories, Versa caters to all your folding needs. Its meticulously designed compact footprint ensures high production, consistent results, and top-quality folded garments. Equipped with features like a vacuum feed inlet, smoothing brushes, and elegant primary fold and crossfold mechanisms, Versa delivers exceptional results regardless of garment size or thickness. And with a maximum cycle capability of 900 garments per hour, Versa combines efficiency with excellence.

SKYLINE CT

SKYLINE is Chicago's flagship large piece commercial laundry folder series with the longest list of standard features in the industry. This line of laundry folders is available in 120" and 136" length models. Each machine can have 1 or 4 or more lanes of primary folding and up to 3 crossfolds with optional sorting stackers. Skyline commercial laundry folders offer a streamlined CHI panel electronic control, an extra-wide crossfold bed, and the elimination of encoder measuring wheels and mechanical clutch / brake mechanisms.

FINISHING

STACKER

Chicago also offers additional equipment to refine your finishing system's performance.

Automatic stacker(s) and the conveyor(s) automatically determine stack placement, height, and conveyor movement of finished items up 20” by 35” (500 x 890mm). Self-contained conveyor drive motor eliminates numerous mechanical parts, reducing maintenance requirements and improving efficiency. Delivery heights range from 8” [204mm] to 34” [864mm] to suit the needs of either operators or master conveying systems. Items can be automatically sorted by size using the included bypass table or by stringing 2 to 3 stackers together.
