DISHWASHING

GLASSWASHER

The Fagor Professional glasswashers range is characterized by its versatility and adaptability and is designed to wash small plates, glasses, cups and utensils. The EFFI-RINSE system guarantees a perfect, hygienic result with a complete, linear rinse cycle at 85ºC thanks to the built-in rinsing pump and the Air Break system design.

FRONT LOADING DISHWASHERS

The front loading dishwashers are specifically designed for the catering sector and can be installed under the counter. Perfectly suited to the needs of restaurants, bars and cafes for the reliable and simple washing of dishes, cutlery and glassware.

HOOD-TYPE DISHWASHERS

Hood-type dishwashers allow linear washing of the dishes at a comfortable working height, with the support of the prewash table and basket exit. Therefore, a perfectly coordinated washing process is achieved. The hood is lifted and a new basket is inserted, the hood is lowered while the machine does its job. The clean utensils can be collected once the hood is lifted to extract them and the next basket can be loaded.

UTENSILWASHERS

Utensil washers are machines for washing pans, pots, kitchen receptacles, utensils, baking sheets and baskets with perfect washing results. The LP series utensil washers have a high load capacity and pressure, which makes them ideal for washing large utensils and guarantees optimum washing and hygiene results

REFRIGERATED CABINETS - GASTRONORM - GN

Gastronorm (GN) is the layout which enables the use of standardized measurements, which facilitates food processing in the hospitality industry since all the machines involved in the process are designed to accommodate the same type of measurements. Gastronorm refrigeration cabinets use a system of inlaid prongs, which eliminate the risk of rod grills or Gastronorm trays tipping at the time of removal.

REFRIGERATED CABINETS - SNACK

The Snack cabinets are specifically aimed at to those small scale facilities where the available space must be optimised to the maximum, since the area they require is smaller.

REFRIGERATION CABINETS - PASTRIES

In order to respond to the specific needs of professionals in the bakery and confectionary world, we have cabinets specially designed for them. The refrigerated pastry cabinets have a capacity for 600 x 400 mm Euronorm trays, of standard use in the bakery sector.
