Both appliances use the exclusive, effective, adjustable whirlpool washing system (which can be set to be gentle with lettuce, intensive on carrots). The vegetables are rotated immersed in water for easy removal of all dirt, which passes through the holes in the sides and bottom of the drum to the drain.

Atir was the first appliance designed to wash vegetables in restaurants, hotels, canteens, institutions, delicatessens, fourth-range vegetable processing centers and centralized kitchens.
The exclusive combination of the water whirlpool washing system with the thrust generated by the air bubbles ensures that lightweight vegetables are effectively immersed and rotated in water.
The adjustable rotational motion of water detaches all dirt from vegetables and eliminates it through the drain. The average wash duration is just three minutes. On completion, the basket is automatically tilted to discharge vegetables into the collection trolley.

Atir NSF/UL is manufactured in three models, two with stationary vat and one with tilting tank. With the tilting model, the washing tank tilts to unload the product into the special trolley automatically.

MINI STEAM
Mini Steam is electrically operated and is fully automatic: the user just needs to set the time and insert the containers, and the unit will cook 6 to 18 kg of food on its own.
Mini Steam has a load capacity of 3 1/1 GN containers having a height of 65 mm.
