Established in the US since 1984, Union is a flagship brand of the FMB Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of professional dry-cleaning machines, located in Bologna, Italy. They offer dry-cleaning industries a full line of machines that utilize any of the solvents that are now in the US.

UNION DRYER MACHINES

CLOUD

The Cloud steam cleaning machine uses no solvent at all, it does require some water and laundry based detergent. The design of this machine is nothing like the industry has ever seen. The process uses only about 1 gallon of water for the cleaning process and 14 gallons of water for the drying process. The process uses a cloud of detergent and water to coat the garments in the drum, and then dry steam is used to flush the detergent, water, and dirt from the garments.

HXL8000K

The UNION HXL & HXP 8000 series are perfect for continuous distillation cycles. The distillation of the HXL8000K dry cleaning machine can be steam fed or the machine alternatively supplied with a built-in mini boiler (optional) adequately regenerating the appropriate amount of cleaning solvent before the end of each cycle.

DRYER 850, 890

The Union Dryer 850, 890 is available in 50 and 90 lb. capacities. They are equipped with a heat pump refrigeration unit making them close-circuit dryers, without any need for an exhaust to the outside.

HL & HP 800K

The HL & HP 800K machine is the first line of equipment designed for the SystemK4 Kreussler dry cleaning concept. These machines are optimized to get the best results from the new cleaning system, and can also run any Class III-A solvent. The K Series machines are available in 35 to 90 lb. capacities and utilize a specialized refrigeration system along with a customized air circulation configuration for maximum solvent recovery and quick cycle times.

NOVA & NOVA SS

NOVA is an innovative cleaning system incorporating one great idea – bringing together two independent cleaning systems in a single machine; the first for cleaning dark garments and the second for lighter colored and white garments.

HXL8000C

This series offers considerable reduction to occupied space while also including the standard UNION innovations and exclusive technical features. These models are equipped with two independent solvent tanks with round bottoms, designed to prevent moisture and associated bacteria problems, with a large front facing sight glass.

L&P 800 SERIES

This translates into faster production, lower energy and maintenance costs, easier operation, and ecologically superior performance. The Union L&P 800 series gives new meaning to the words “Fast, Smart and Clean.”
